Huny Hwangbo is a highly experienced commercial lawyer experienced in the areas of business & investment related laws. He obtained his LLB qualification from the Auckland University Law School in New Zealand and was admitted to the New Zealand Bar in 2004. He is diversely experienced in both legal and commercial sides of the practice. His main practice area in New Zealand included property developments, companies law, business merger and acquisition, project financing, investment immigration, and trust laws.
He has over 18 years of professional experience in both commercial and legal fields. His commercial work experience includes managing a property development company and also one of the largest public golf courses in New Zealand for over 3 years prior to his joining in 2001 then the largest national law firm in New Zealand. His legal experience since then expanded considerably and he later joined the awards winning property law firm where he assisted many property investors and developers. He then worked with a specialized litigation firm in Auckland before his relocation to the United Arab Emirates in 2010. He speaks both Korean and English fluently and currently represents a large number of Korean corporate clients mainly doing business in Abu Dhabi.
